At Home Nursing Care (AHNC) is the sister company to At Home Personal Care (AHPC). AHNC came about as an extension of the services provided by AHPC. AHNCis a  Medicare certified agency providing skilled services i.e. nursing, physical, occupational and speech therapies;

 

AHPC is a non-skilled provider of custodial care i.e. bathing, dressing, meal prep, transferring etc.  Together, we are a full service home health care provider, licensed by the state and CMS and accredited through CHAPS (Community Health Access Program).

To make a referral: Simply call (801) 266-5126 with the name, social security number, DOB, insurance provider and doctors name to start the process.
